Click on Payment and Billing on the Menu (Blue Shaded Link)
Click on the + Add Payment Link

Fill in the appropriate information and click on the blue button to Add Card.
Step #3
You may add or change to another payment method any time.
Step #4
You may change the active payment method by clicking the circle on top right.
